In 2018, out of continuous efforts to meet our client’s business needs, we developed our scope of services by establishing a new division in our Firm covering the corporate and commercial aspects. The firm is managed by Mr. Hesham Riad who has more than 20 years of experience in law practice in multinational, regional, and Egyptian cooperations. The M&A, commercial department is headed by Mr. Mohamed Kamel Saleh who has extensive experience through his work with multinational companies and magic circle Law Firms on cross-border and complex transactions.
